- What are the different modes of food catering offered?
Chilly Kitchen comes with corporate food catering and on demand caterings (ODC)
- Does the menu change everyday ?
Yes, we change our menu every single day when it is about serving corporates, we will carefully curate the menu considering larger audience on mind.
- Why should you consider Chilly kitchen?

- Do we use different vessels for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food preparation?
Our catering food shall be dispatched from a pure vegetarian kitchen. Infact, we maintain different vessels for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking.
- How is Chilly Kitchen unique in this space ?
We are unique as we do not run on standard food across all our outlets. we run cloud kitchens with our SOPs but our kitchen is spearheaded by people who are the best when it comes to cooking. So, each cloud kitchen of ours is unique with a unique menu.
- Do we have offline QSRs as well ?
Our important business vertical will be QSRs, we are in the process of making this happen and this will be a game changer for us in terms of the bigger impact we wish to bring as we enable food entrepreneurs join us to form a global food culture hub.
- Where do we have cloud kitchen presence now?
Corporates meals can be ordered from our website, this is limited to our corporate client. Our full menu is deployed on Zomato and Swiggy and we are happy to be one of the best rated outlet in our region of operation.
- Do we take up delivery orders?
We usually route all our orders through Zomato and Swiggy, however if you wish to collect from our kitchen, we can fulfill your food requirements as well.
- Do we offer meal subscriptions?
We currently have corporate meal subscriptions only.
- Can I arrange my own delivery?
Yes, customer may feel free to arrange their own delivery and we will be more than happy to co ordinate with your delivery partners. You may also pick up the orders yourself as well.
- What are managed kitchens ?
We will manage your existing kitchen space in terms of menu curation, branding and distribution. We will have a customer experience process in place and enhance the business from being a restaurant to a place where value of service is being passed on from the restaurant owner to the guest.
- Will we be trained to run a kitchen?
Yes, do not worry about not being from this business background. We will train you and improvise the infrastructure, as a member of Chilly Kitchen. We will enhance the business performance and together we reach out to a larger customer base with your lip-smacking menu.
- Why should you consider managed kitchens ?

- How do I make the payment?
Our customer may place the order and pay for the food online on our website, payment will be routed through our third party payment gateway Razorpay
